A trusted voice with inside credibility and outside perspective.
James McClintock works one-on-one and in small groups with ministry leaders who are stuck and need a trusted partner to think with, plan with, and be accountable to.
Over 25 years of global ministry — and counting.
Over 25 years, James has served in global Christian ministry as an executive — including the last 15 years as International Executive Director overseeing 7 international offices. He has lived in the tension every ministry leader knows: a God-given vision that is unmistakable, and a wall of people, processes, systems, and strategy that wasn't part of the calling.
Along the way he learned that the vision rarely stalls for lack of faithfulness. It stalls for lack of clarity, focus, and execution — the plain, written, runnable plan Habakkuk pointed to. That is the work he now does alongside leaders: not replacing their calling, but helping them carry it with structure and a trusted voice beside them.
He is a strategic planner, a Kingdom architect, and an execution partner. He brings inside credibility — he has carried the weight — and outside perspective — he can see what you can't, because he isn't buried in your week.

I worked alongside James for 19 years at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, and as COO I was his direct supervisor for five. If your ministry or nonprofit is facing growth, change, or a problem no one has been able to untangle, James is the person I would call.
I worked with James for 15 years and consistently witnessed his integrity, wisdom, and steady leadership. He played a key role in helping our office successfully navigate a sudden director transition, bringing clarity, stability, and confidence during a challenging season.
While our responsibilities did not intersect directly, I became familiar with a number of James's analytical projects and solutions. What consistently impressed me was the breadth and rigor of his work — comprehensive, thoughtfully constructed, and sophisticated.
I have had the privilege of knowing and working with James for the past 27 years. Throughout that time, James has consistently demonstrated exceptional integrity, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
James and I met when I was the interim human resource executive at Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Immediately, James showed himself to be a collaborative leader — resourceful, incredibly intelligent, and dynamic with strong communication and collaborative skills.
I had the privilege of working closely with James during our time together at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, where he served as our International Director. James consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, leadership, and organizational expertise.
I had the pleasure of working with James McClintock during his time as International Director at KCM. I appreciated his ability to see the bigger picture and work with others, always keeping the mission and purpose of the organisation in view.
“I am a Kingdom architect who brings clarity, focus, and execution to ministries with a God-given vision so that they stop being stuck locally and start fulfilling their global assignment.”
Four pillars: Steer, Manage, Protect, Care.
Every healthy ministry needs all four. Most stuck ministries are leaning on one or two and wondering why the weight won't hold. Here's what each pillar carries.
Steer
Set the direction. Keep the vision in front of the people and the people moving toward the vision.
Manage
Build the systems, processes, and rhythms that make the work repeatable — so it doesn't all rest on you.
Protect
Guard the mission, the people, and the integrity of the ministry from drift, burnout, and avoidable risk.
Care
Tend to the people God has entrusted to you — beginning with the leader in the mirror.
You don't have to carry the assignment alone.
Let's talk through where you're stuck and what your next faithful step could be.
